<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the problems that, in a case of discharging remaining application agents in a hopper, when increasing draw out amount to decrease discharging time, discharge blocking is liable to be caused in low fan rotation, and when increasing fan rotation thoughtlessly, application agent scatter, noise, idle power consumption and the like are increased. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A diffuser discharging to distribute application agents in a hopper 2 by driving and rotating plural draw out rolls 1 different in application agent amounts linking to vehicle speed, is provided, wherein, by operating a discharge switch 3 to be ON to calculate rotation number of the draw out rolls 1 as a vehicle speed fixed value having no relation to the vehicle speed, the remaining application agent discharging device selects the kind of the rolls 1 to drive.
