PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine grain dryer capable of increasing drying speed, achieving low-temperature drying, easily making a material amorphous or a micro-crystal due to high drying speed in some material to thereby improve quality and heighten an added value, further improving safety and coping with environmental measures, and especially suitable for a raw material containing a drug or a solvent. SOLUTION: In this fine grain dryer, a stock solution is sprayed to generate fine grains, hot air including air or inert gas is applied and also acoustic waves are applied to thereby dry the fine grains. The dryer at least includes a drying chamber for drying the fine grains, a hot air generating means for generating hot air not to mix impurities with the air or the insert gas, a blowing means for blowing the hot air generated by the hot air generating means into the drying chamber, and an acoustic wave generating means for generating an acoustic wave wherein the hot air is blown into the drying chamber and the acoustic waves are transmitted thereto to thereby dry the fine grains.
