PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with an air-introducing function, which facilitates introduction of outside air into a room, and performs ventilation of the room. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the building with the air-introducing function, an air-introducing portion 31 for introducing air is formed in a foundation 30 supporting a first external wall 3a, and a blowout portion 32 is formed in a floor of the room 9 inside the first external wall 3a, in a manner adjacent to the air-introducing portion 31. The air-introducing portion 31 and the blowout portion 32 communicate with each other via an air duct 33 provided under the floor, and a discharge portion 34 for discharging the air blown from the blowout portion 32 to the outside, is formed in a second external wall 4 opposed to the first external wall 3b. Thus the air blown from the blowout portion 32 is delivered to the room 9 without so much reduction in air speed, and is discharged from the discharge portion 34 formed in the second external wall 4.
