PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric linear actuator with high reliability capable of dissolving a pressure variation in a boot when a rod shaft is actuated without deteriorating a dust-prevention property, a rust-prevention property, and airtightness. SOLUTION: In a constitution of this electric linear actuator, a projecting portion 81 projecting outside a housing of a rod shaft 8 is covered with a bellows part 21, and the bellows part 21 is shrunk together with a reciprocating movement of the rod shaft 8. A ventilation hole 40 communicating a boot interior space S with a housing interior space is provided to the housing 2, and a filter mounting part 30 is provided to the ventilation hole 40.
