The invention relates to an oil premix burner comprising a combustion element (1), a burner surface (2) on the external lateral area, a distribution chamber (3) below the burner surface (2), a central oil nozzle (4), a nozzle pipe with an oil preheater and a combustion air duct (5) that is connected to a fan located upstream. The aim of the invention is to optimize the quality of the combustion and the sturdiness in an oil premix burner, in particular in terms of the modulability thereof. According to the invention, said aim is achieved by the fact that the combustion element (1) has an integrated air to air heat exchanger within or below the burner surface (2) in order to preheat the combustion air. |
