<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weld a plurality of thin plates while suppressing deformation thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A laminated iron core 41 of a stator 31 is formed by laminating a plurality of stator cores 43 one another. A plurality of welding beads 47a formed along the outer peripheral surfaces of the respective stator cores 43 are overlapped one another on the laminated iron core 41 such that the overlapped welding beads disposed while being isolated from one another along the outer peripheral surfaces of the stator cores 43, and a plurality of grooves 47 extending in the perpendicular direction are formed straddling over the whole plurality of the stator cores 43. A welding part 48 is formed in each groove 47, and the stator cores 43 are joined to each other at the welding part 48. The welding part 48 extends astride only part of the plurality of the stator cores 43, and a welding non-formation part 47b, not having the welding part 48, is formed in the groove 47.
