<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck loader which is advantageous in ensuring of the strength of the whole machine frame, is free from the risk of looseness of fastening tools such as bolts and nuts, and the risk of a damage to mounting holes into which the bolts are inserted, is small in man-hour for assembling the machine frame, and facilitates manufacturing of the whole machine frame. <P>SOLUTION: The machine frame 1 is provided with a frame body 9 and a pair of right and left support frame bodies 11 which are connected to the rear ends of the frame body 9 by welding. Then proximal sides of a pair of right and left booms are rockably supported with the right and left support frame bodies 11, and lower proximal ends of a pair of boom cylinders are rockably connected to the same. A mounting plate 16 is secured to a proximal end upper edge of each side wall 7 by welding, and front lower ends of an internal wall 12 and an external wall 13 of each of the right and left frame bodies 11 are secured to an upper surface side of the mounting plate 16 by welding. Thus the right and left support frame bodies 11 are rigidly connected to the right and left side walls 7 of the machine frame 1 via the mounting plates 16, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
