<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device preventing intrusion of dust and foreign matter onto a translucent member, and reducing imaging failures. <P>SOLUTION: A camera module 100 includes: a lens unit 2 including a lens 21, a lens barrel 22 holding the lens, and a lens holder 23 holding the lens barrel; and a sensor cover 3a covering a wiring board, a solid-state imaging element mounted on the wiring board, and a light reception part of the solid-state imaging element, formed with an opening to arrange a translucent member 13 having a space between the light reception part and itself, and surrounding the whole circumference of the translucent member 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
