<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a mobile station to be connected smoothly to a wide-area base station, in a situation where the functions of a femtocell cannot be utilized. <P>SOLUTION: A base station (100, 100A) connected to a mobile body communication network via a general line so as to perform communication with the mobile station includes: an acquisition part (141) for acquiring announcement information to which is to be announced by another base station (BS), which is connected to the mobile body communications network (CNET) via an exclusive line; a detection part (143, 143A) for detecting the cutoff of a commercial power source which supplies power to own station; and a control part (140) for performing control to transmit the announcement information acquired by the acquisition part (141) to the mobile station (200), when cutoff of the commercial power source is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
