<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of fabricating a structure having a target portion to be processed, which is inclined outward of a plane, capable of decreasing a deformation of the rest of the structure excluding the target portion to be inclined, without limiting the degree of freedom for design of the structure. <P>SOLUTION: A restraint segment to restrain movement of a movable segment is provided before an external force is applied to the target portion and, after processing of the target portion is completed, the restraint segment is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
