PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method, an image processing program and an image processing device, which can effectively process photographic image data, photographed by a digital camera, to effectively suppress grainy noise and color noise respectively in a state wherein a contour is never out of focus. SOLUTION: The photographic image processing method for suppressing grainy noise included in the photographic image data photographed by the digital camera includes: a luminance component image extraction step of extracting luminance component image data from the photographic image data; a luminance filter processing step of performing filter processing on the luminance component image data with a running average filter with a first filter size to generate luminance smoothed image data; and a luminance substitution processing step of dividing the luminance component image into pixel blocks of predetermined size and substituting luminance components, showing maximum and minimum values, extracted from the respective divided areas for luminance components of corresponding pixels of the luminance smoothed image data.
