PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film excelling in gas barrier property.

SOLUTION: The gas barrier film includes a barrier layer including an organic region and an inorganic region, on a base material film, and the outermost surface on the side with the organic region (the outermost layer of at least one surface when organic regions are provided on both surfaces) is an adhesive layer. The barrier layer has at least one organic layer and at least one inorganic layer. The adhesive layer includes an UV-curable adhesive or a thermosetting adhesive.
