PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate the cheapest parking fee near a destination from an arrival time to a parking lot near the destination and an exit time of a vehicle from the parking lot which is in business. SOLUTION: This device includes a parking time setting part 84 for inputting a parking start time when the vehicle enters the parking lot and a parking finish time when the vehicle exits the parking lot; a parking lot extraction part 82 for specifying a parking lot where the vehicle can park from the parking start time when the vehicle enters the parking lot until the parking finish time when the vehicle exits the parking lot which are inputted by the parking time setting part 84, by studying whether being adaptive to a parking condition or not, based on destination setting input of the vehicle; and a parking lot display part 83 for displaying a parking fee relative to the parking lot specified by the parking lot extraction part 82. When a specific parking lot is selected from parking lots displayed by the parking lot display part 83, the specific parking lot is set as a passing spot to the destination set originally, and a route therefor is searched for, and route guide is performed following the route searched for.
