<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission control device, a power transmission device, a power receiving control device, a power receiving device and an electronic apparatus, capable of achieving proper non-contact power transmission. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The power transmission control device provided in the power transmission device of a non-contact power transmission system includes a control unit 22 controlling the power transmission device 10 and a load state detection circuit 30 detecting the load state on a power reception side. The power receiving device 40 transmits threshold information for detecting the load state on the power reception side. The control unit 22 determines the load state on the power reception side based on the threshold information received from the power receiving device 40 and on the load state detection information received from the load state detection circuit 30. The control unit 22 performs a collation treatment between the power transmission side system information stored in a storage part 23 and the power reception side system information received from the power receiving device 40 to determine whether or not the power transmission side system information matches with the power reception side system information.
