<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal driving device or the like capable of reducing area of an arrangement region of a signal wire to be connected with an electrode for external connection to further reduce cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This liquid crystal driving device for driving a liquid crystal display device having a first electrode and a second electrode crossing mutually includes: a driving signal generating part formed on a substrate and generating a first driving signal and a second driving signal to be output into the first and second electrodes, respectively; a first I/O cell and a second I/O cell arranged adjacent to an I/O cell region provided along a fringe part of the substrate to output the first and second driving signals into the first and second electrodes, respectively; and the first and second signal wires for transmitting the first and second driving signals generated by the driving signal generating part, respectively. The first and second I/O cells have the same configuration, and the first and second signal wires are arranged in active regions of output transistors of the first and second I/O cells, respectively.
