<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind-breaking and bird and animal-repelling garbage bag collecting box not requiring a wide place and large-scale installing work, that is a garbage bag collecting tool used at a garbage bag collecting station, that protects garbage bags from wind, birds, and animals, and minimizes trouble and waste of garbage taking out work for taking out garbage bags and garbage collecting work. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A garbage bag receiving tray 3 in a cylinder container 1 for storing garbage bags moves downward by weight of the garbage bags injected from a dome lid 2. The garbage bags are sterically collected in the cylinder container 1 and are completely cutoff from the outside. The garbage collecting work can be very easy as the dome lid 2 is opened and the garbage bags are stacked from an upper stage in order, so that the garbage receiving tray 3 functions to make taking out of garbage bags very easy by rising along with the garbage bags.
