<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material discharging device capable of stably discharging further various paper and having high reliability in a small-sized image forming device, by a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The sheet material discharging device comprises: a roller shaft rotating by receiving drive; a plurality of paper discharging rollers 18 coaxially mounted to the roller shaft; a paper discharging roller 19 on which the paper discharging roller 18 is made to abut by elastic force, and driven to rotate; a spur-shaped kick-out flange portion integrally formed at least at one end portion of the paper discharging roller 19; and a paper discharging ring which is coaxial with the roller shaft, mounted between the paper discharging rollers, and has a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the paper discharging roller.
