<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tape and a disposable diaper being suitably used by wearing persons of various physiques respectively despite one type disposable diaper and preventing easy breaking, bending or the like of the fixing tape in a manufacture process; and to provide a method of manufacturing the fixing tape or disposable diaper. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fixing tape 11 is attached to the back side or abdominal side of the disposable diaper and is provided with a plurality of fixing parts 13 which are longitudinally divided and independent, on the opposite side 11b of an attachment side 11a, wherein the plurality of fixing parts 13 are formed with an easy-to-cut line 15 extending in the direction of the attachment side 11a therebetween, no easy-to-cut line 15 is formed at the edge of the opposite side 11b and the easy-to-cut line 15 is cut off to mitigate the mutual restriction of the plurality of fixing parts 13.
