PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal which easily creates encrypted files decryptable only by recipients selected by a transmitter and transmits them to the recipients. SOLUTION: The communication terminal 10 includes a RAM 32, and the RAM 32 stores common key data (340). When a transmitter of e-mail selects files to be attached to e-mail where e-mail addresses of recipients are designated, a CPU 20 creates an encryption key based on e-mail address data of the recipients and common key data, and the selected files are encrypted.
