<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sprayed concrete manufacturing equipment which enables concrete spaying at a low rebound ratio by virtue of proper initial adhesion, with only a small amount of powder dust, and with proper workability and hardly decreased initial strength, which is best suited to the manufacture of a spraying material for being sprayed on unstable natural ground, and which is economical because spraying thickness can be made small; and also to provide a sprayed concrete manufacturing method using the sprayed concrete manufacturing equipment. <P>SOLUTION: This sprayed concrete manufacturing equipment comprises: a concrete conveying pipe; a mixing machine for preparing mixture slurry in which a liquid accelerator and a powder admixture are mixed together; a compressed air pipe for the liquid accelerator, which adjusts the quantity of air for conveying the liquid accelerator; a mixture slurry conveying pipe; a showering pipe for mixing the spraying concrete and the conveyed mixture slurry together; and a nozzle. In a sprayed concrete spraying method using the sprayed concrete manufacturing equipment, the compressed air pipe for the liquid accelerator makes a ratio between the quantity of the air for conveying the liquid accelerator and that of the air for conveying the powder admixture set to be in the range of 20:80-70:30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
