PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading platform elevating device capable of exactly performing positioning work in a vehicle width direction and a vehicle longitudinal direction when mounting the device on a vehicle body. SOLUTION: An adjusting member 10 is interposed between mounting brackets 8 and 9 fixed to the vehicle body 2 and a support frame 11 for supporting a loading platform 5. The support frame 11 is made adjustable in position in the ranges of oblong hole 33 and second oblong hole 39 in relation to the adjusting member 10. The support frame 11 is fastened to the adjusting member 10 by first bolt 35 and first nut 36 at the adjusted position. The adjusting member 10 fastened with the support frame 11 is made adjustable in position in the vehicle longitudinal direction in the range of a first oblong hole 37 in relation to the mounting brackets 8 and 9, and the adjusting member 10 is fastened to the mounting brackets 8 and 9 at the adjusted position by second bolt 41 and second nut 44.
