PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition containing an epoxy group-containing ester compound which has high reactivity and is used as various kinds of cross-linking agents or a reactive diluting agent and exhibits excellent electrical characteristics, dimensional stability, heat resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical characteristics as the cured material of itself and is useful as various molded articles or optical materials, and to provide a method of preparing the same.
