PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance, easy-to-assemble and vibration-proof separator which surely blocks the transmission of vibrations from the side of an earth retaining wall to a concrete wall. SOLUTION: This vibration-proof separator 1 is interposed between a vibration-proof plate and a form in an underground wall structure in which a reinforced concrete wall is constructed underground. The vibration-proof separator 1 has: a separator body 10 in which first and second end plates 11 and 12 are mounted in such a manner as to be arranged in parallel with each other by means of a corner bolt 14 and a high nut 13; a vibration-proof protruding cylindrical body 23 which is composed of a vibration-proof material, which puts a small-diameter protruding cylinder portion 15 into the state of protrusion to the side of the vibration-proof plate from the first end plate 11, which has an cylinder base 16 internally mounted between the first and second end plates 11 and 12, and which is arranged in the state of joining the side of an opening end surface to the second end plate 12; an internally mounted high nut for screwing the side of a protruding end of a wall-side screw connecting implement 7 which is screw-connected to an earth retaining wall-side steel material provided in the protruding cylinder portion 15; and a form-side high nut 20 for screwing the side of a protruding end of a form-side screw connecting implement 8 provided on the side, facing the form, of the second end plate 12 and elongated from the side of the form.
