PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturized medical apparatus permitting a low-invasive surgery without increasing stress of a patient, permitting easy adjustment of direction of the visual field while fixed and retained in vivo, and capable of improving the visibility of an object to be examined. SOLUTION: The medical apparatus 1 includes a medical device 4 to be introduced into the patient's body. The medical apparatus 1 comprises an imaging part 46 for imaging the object to be examined inside the patient's body 101, a shell part 41 for movably retaining the imaging part, a fixing part 53 for fixing the shell part together with the imaging part in contact with an intracorporeal wall 102, and a visual field adjusting means 54 for adjusting the imaging part in the direction of the visual field by moving the imaging part relative to the shell part.
