PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature-pressure regulator for a sparkling beverage feeder, preventing a change of an initial set load of a spring for regulating temperature and pressure, and preventing a temperature-sensitive part of a thermoelement from separating from a heat transfer plate even if the need arises for relatively moving an angle between a center line of a sparkling beverage feeding passage and a center line of a gas feeding passage. SOLUTION: An element holder for supporting the thermoelement which is displaced by detecting the temperature of a sparkling beverage in a passage to be supplied outwardly from a sparkling beverage container, and a body-tube part for fixing a temperature-pressure regulation valve part installed in a passage for supplying carbon dioxide gas to the sparkling beverage container from a carbon dioxide bottle by the thermoelement can be retained with each other and rotatably connected to each other by inserting a pin into a pin-insertion hole of the body-tube part so that the pin is engaged rotatably with a fitting groove of the element holder formed opposite the pin-insertion hole.
