PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the swing of a seat plate occurring when a shutter is opened. SOLUTION: A swing stop section 14 extending into a guide groove is installed on each longitudinal end of the seat plate 11 at the lower end of a shutter curtain 1. A contact member 15 projects from the lateral one side of the seat plate 11 in such a manner that the width dimension of the seat plate 11 is increased. When the shutter is opened, the seat plate 11 is positioned in a moving path so formed between vertical surfaces 40A, 40B as to face each other, and brought into contact with one vertical surface 40A through the contact member 15. The swing stop section 14 is brought into contact with a side surface 20B positioned on the opposite side of one vertical surface 40B with the shutter curtain 1 interposed therebetween in the guide groove.
