PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-purpose space unit usable from all directions and from both inside and outside, enabling everybody to use easily in their own ways, and having the excellent sense of affinity and sense of liberation. SOLUTION: This space unit 1 comprises a generally cubic body portion which is formed of a base panel 2 of a generally square shape, four side-panels 3 vertically installed on the four sides of the base panel, and a top panel 4 placed on the top of these panels and which is assemblable and disassemble. The four side-panels 3 comprise respective open racks opening in the inner and outer directions, and the two-side panels 3 thereof opposed to each other have entrances 33, respectively.
