PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ferrite magnet element which is easily assembled with high precision. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the ferrite magnet element comprises a ferrite element having first and second central electrodes arranged to intersect one another in a mutually electrically insulated state, and a pair of permanent magnets stuck on both main surfaces of the ferrite so as to apply a DC magnetic field to the ferrite. On the main surface of the permanent magnet 41, an adhesion layer 42, a metal foil (central electrode 36), an insulating layer 43, a metal foil (central electrode 35), an adhesion layer 44, the ferrite 32, an adhesion layer 45, a metal foil (central electrode 35), an insulating layer 46, a metal foil (central electrode 36), an adhesion layer 47, and the permanent magnet 41 are stacked in order.
