The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for providing a service enabling users to observe advertisement on the earth's surface from an aircraft or artificial satellite at varying viewpoints and under pre-established conditions. An on-screen photographic view of the ground is provided at a distance selected by the user, and the user can see or hear a pre-stored advertisement at that specific view location on the screen.
