<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict exchange traffics between areas in consideration of a common carrier. <P>SOLUTION: The traffic prediction device has: a means 12 for calculating a folding traffic which departs and arrives in the same area based on an exchange traffic 21 to be generated between a plurality of areas and folding ratio 22; a means 13 for calculating an internal exchange traffic to be generated between areas in a self-common carrier based on share information 23 for each common carrier and the exchange traffic 21; a means 14 for calculating internal/external exchange traffics generated between the self-common carrier and another common carrier based on a ratio at which the folding traffic is exchanged between the plurality of common carriers, the exchange traffic 21, the folding traffic, and the share information 23 for each common carrier; and a means 15 for calculating an external exchange traffic generated between other common carriers based on the ratio, the exchange traffic 21, the folding traffic, and the share information 23 for each common carrier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
