摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant electrically-conductive white coating material which is used for components such as the antenna of a spacecraft, which are exposed to a severe environment, and has both of heat resistance and electric conductivity, and to provide the heat-resistant electrically-conductive white coating material for the spacecraft. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-resistant electrically-conductive white coating material is prepared by dispersing or dissolving a binding material which is the mixture of polymetallocarbosilane and a silicone resin, and an inorganic filler in an organic solvent.
