<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vigorous intrusion of water into an inner side of a cover. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A lock piece 60 comprising a frame shape opened with a lock hole 61 is protruded on a second divided end rim part 57Y of a second half cover 50Y, and a lock protrusion 63 fitting in and securing with the lock hole 61 is provided on an outer face of a first divided end rim part 57X of a first half cover 50X. An end face 57Xa of the first divided end rim part 57X of the first half cover 50X is formed as an inclined plane 75X gradually protruding toward an inner end from an outer end in a thickness direction of end face 57Xa, and an end face 57Ya of the second divided end rim part 57Y of the second half cover 50Y is formed as an inclined plane 75Y gradually retreating toward an inner end from an outer end in a thickness direction of the end face 57Ya.
