<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor heat storage system and an underfloor heat storage method capable of saving energy in cooling or heating. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This underfloor heat storage system comprises a first air passage 12 disposed between a roof surface 2 and a solar battery 11, a first air intake port 21 for taking the outside air into the first air passage, a second air passage 15 connecting the first air passage and an underfloor space 5, a first fan 20 disposed in the second air passage, and a heat storage unit 40 disposed in the underfloor space.
