<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover fixing structure of sanitary ware capable of absorbing the dimensional error thereof by adjusting the mounting position of a cover and of surely fixing the sanitary ware. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this fixing structure for the cover 18 for concealing a recess 2 formed in the side surface of the sanitary ware 1, fixing members 10, 13 are disposed in the recess 2. The cover 18 comprises a decorative wall surface section 19 capable of covering the recess 2 and a bottom surface section 20 extending from the lower side of the decorative wall surface section 19 toward the inside of the recess 2. An opening in which a screw member 15 fixed to a sanitary ware fixing member 13 downward is inserted is formed in the bottom surface section 20. The cover 18 is fixed to the recess 2 by tightening a nut 17 from the lower end of the screw member 15 to press the bottom surface section 20 of the cover 18 upward by the nut 17.
