摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can safely and economically produce fine particles having high crystallinity. SOLUTION: Raw material fine particles composed of metal or metal oxide are dropped from above a vertical heating furnace 11 having a heating zone 13, and the dropped raw material fine particles are instantaneously heated in the heating zone 13 under an atmosphere where chemical reaction is not caused for the raw material fine particles, thereby fine particles having increased crystallinity is obtained. In the heating zone 13, it is preferable that the heating is performed with less than the melting point of the bulk body of the metal or metal oxide as the upper limit.
