摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To largely reduce the dose of a fluorescent substance, while photographing a reliable fluorescent image. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A subject 2 to which the fluorescent substance is administered, is continuously irradiated with excitation light from an excitation light output part 14 of a photographing device 10, and also the subject 2 irradiated with the excitation light is continuously photographed by a photographing part 12 to obtain the fluorescent images. Meanwhile the concentration of the fluorescent substance in a living body is measured by a fluorescent substance concentration measuring instrument 50 to obtain concentration information in the living body. When it is discriminated that the measured concentration of the fluorescent substance in the living body is reduced down to the concentration for obtaining the reliable fluorescent image (a first threshold), an image processor 20 outputs an indication to urge the administration of the fluorescent substance so that it reaches the appropriate concentration. Besides, the fluorescent images to be continuously obtained are corrected based on the measured concentration information in the living body to obtain the clear fluorescent images regardless of a concentration change (the change of fluorescent intensity).
