<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll-type generator capable of driving with the minimum rotation resistance by extremely reducing rotational resistance such as disengagement of a rotating magnet from a stator of a transformer type power generator. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The roll-type generator includes a rotor 3 being decentered and having a smaller inner diameter than that of a stator 1 in the stator 1, and rotates by the outer circumferential magnetic force of the rotor 3 by revolving the rotor. The rotor 3 in the stator 1 is put between the eccentric axes serving as balance weight and the stator 1 is adhered to a base. The eccentric axis is incorporated in a shaft hole 5 of the rotor 3. The axis of rotation 6 adhered to the eccentric axis is rotated by an arbitrary means so that a magneto coil is pulled to a generation receiving pole 2 by the magnetic force of a salient pole 4 of a permanent magnet (an N pole and an S pole are alternately arranged), consequently, the generator sequentially rotates to the direction opposite to the revolution with the revolution of the rotor 3.
