<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which a conventionally used signal may be deleted in an alternate due to production stop of a semiconductor, and the alternate cannot be used as it is in an existing product although it has no problem for new development. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a memory unit using a nonvolatile memory.
