PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fabric attaching device for a roman shade whose attaching side for attaching the fabric of the shade to a frame is prevented from being deformed when it is packed and can easily be attached to the frame. SOLUTION: The roman shade has several pieces of shade fabric which are suspended from the frame 21 and can be lifted and lowered by a lifting and lowering device. In this case, the pieces of shade fabric are suspended and supported from the front of the frame 21 and the attaching side 34 which is rotatably supported by the frame 21.
