<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical receptacle can be easily processed and produce a three dimensional design change of a natural material on its outer circumference. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical receptacle 21 is composed of a bottomed cylindrical main tube 22 and a cap tube 23 for opening and closing an aperture of the main tube 22. The main tube 22 and the cap tube 23 are composed by rolling a wooden veneer 30 so that it may be aslant to their axes. A stepped decorative part 32 is formed on peripheries of the main tube 22 and the cap tube 23 with an edge 30c of the veneer 30.
