<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein part cost is increased since the number of parts in a link mechanism is increased, and downsizing of a vehicle machine body becomes difficult by the arrangement of the link mechanism, in a conventional moving vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This moving vehicle includes the first link mechanism 48 in which steering levers 21L/21R are arranged side by side in a right and left direction on upper sides of hydraulic pumps 13F/13R for traveling driving, the hydraulic pumps 13F/13R are arranged to be distributed to front and rear sides of the steering levers 21L/21R, and a trunnion shaft 13Rd of the hydraulic pump 13R is connected to the steering lever 21L, and the second link mechanism 49 for connecting a trunnion shaft 13Fd of the hydraulic pump 13F to the steering lever 21R.
