<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the waterproof performance of a waterproof structure of electronic equipment without requiring any dedicated component for waterproofing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An upper surface plate 14 of a front case 2 is provided with two streak projections 17 and an engagement groove 18. A recessed portion with which the streak projections 17 engage and an engagement projection which engages with the engagement groove 18 are provided inside an upper surface plate 24 of a rear case 3. The engagement groove 18 of the front case 2 is engaged with the engagement projection of the rear case 3, and the front case 2 is rotated on the engagement projection as the center of rotation to couple both the cases 2 and 3 with each other. A partition member 4 covering an opening 13 of the front case 2 is provided with a roof 45 which guides rainwater entering the electronic equipment 1 to a drainage ditch 47, and the rainwater guided to the drainage ditch 47 is discharged from an exhaust port 30 of the rear case 3.
