<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component measuring device and the like, which are component measuring devices for measuring the mixed gas of a saturated hydrocarbon gas mixed with an another gas, capable of easily and quickly measure the component and the heating value of the mixed gas at cheap price. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The component measuring device of the mixed gas which is mixed with a first gas composed of one or more kind of saturated hydrocarbon gases and a second gas, which is a different kind of gas from the first gas, whose component is known includes: a lamina-flow flowmeter detecting the differential pressure of the mixed gas; a differential type flowmeter, arranged the lamina-flow flowmeter in series, detecting the differential pressure of the mixed gas; a densimeter detecting the density of the mixed gas; and an operating means acquiring the mixed ratio of the first gas and the second gas based on the detected differential pressure, the detected density, the related formula at each flow meter, the relationship that the density is inversely proportional to the viscosity for the first gas, and the related formula between the viscosity of the mixed gas and the viscosities of the first gas and the second gas.
