PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two agent type foamy hair dyestuff without making the reaction of an oxidative dyestuff too quick on mixing a first agent and a second agent, suppressing the elevation of liquid temperature of the mixed liquid, even though containing the oxidative dyestuff in a large concentration, and also capable of performing the dyeing without having color unevenness. SOLUTION: This two agent type foamy hair dyestuff comprising a first agent containing an alkaline agent, a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide and a non-aerosol foamer container for ejecting the mixed liquid of the first and second agents as foamy state is provided by containing components (A), (B) and (C) in the mixed liquid and having the 1 to 300 mPa s viscosity of the mixed liquid at 25°C.
