The wheel has metal sheets attached to a horizontal shaft and comprises equal surfaces so that flow resistance is constant, where the sheets comprise an angle of 120 degrees to each other. A meandering flow conduction is provided and water is simulated by entering oxygen. The breadth of the metal sheets is around one-third of entire flow width, and sheet head exhibits a different amplitude modulation and modulation damping. A generator is attached over the shaft.
