<p>A fuel leakage diagnostic device, which diagnoses fuel leakage in a pressure storage type fuel injection device for a vehicle, distinguishes a fuel deficient state and fuel leakage from each other to improve precision of diagnosis of fuel leakage. The fuel leakage diagnostic device which diagnoses presence/absence of the fuel leakage at the pressure storage type fuel injection device for a vehicle is provided with a fuel leakage diagnosis suspension judgment part (21) and a fuel leakage diagnostic part (22). The fuel leakage diagnosis suspension judgment part (21), along with fuel deficiency diagnostic processing, judges whether the liquid surface behavior of a fuel is within an allowable range on the basis of the front/rear acceleration, transverse acceleration and remaining amount of fuel of the vehicle. When within the range, the judgment part (21) allows carrying out of the fuel leakage diagnosis. When not within the range, the judgment part (21) allows temporary suspension of the fuel leakage diagnosis. The leakage diagnostic part (22) carries out fuel leakage diagnosis on the basis of an instruction from the judgment part (21).</p> |
