DESIGN FATTERN FILM FOR PRODUCTION OF EMBOSS HOT STAMPING FOIL

PURPOSE: A design pattern film for manufacturing the emboss transcription paper is provided to form the emboss design pattern made by minute lines on the PET, PP, OPP, and PVC films. CONSTITUTION: A design pattern film for manufacturing the emboss transcription paper has an emboss design pattern composed of minute lines by sanding a projected film plane(17) with a belt sandpaper after closely contacting PET film to an embossing roller. The film for making the transcription paper is made of PP(Poly Propylene) film, OPP(Oriented Poly Propylene) film, PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride) film(13) and so on. Various design patterns are formed by the design of the embossing roller. The film surface projected and contacted to the embossing roller is sanded by winding the sandpaper on the fixed roller of the belt sandpaper.
