<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the reduction of loss by suppressing a surge voltage with high accuracy in an inverter device. <P>SOLUTION: A drive circuit 24, which drives the ON/OFF of switching transistors 12-22 of the inverter device 1, and a controller 28, which controls the drive circuit 24, are provided. A gate voltage supplied from the drive circuit 24 is optimized by being controlled to a relatively low control voltage during only a fixed time when the switching elements are turned on, by being changed over to a relatively high control voltage after the lapse of the fixed time, and by adjusting at least one of the fixed time, the relatively low control voltage, and the relatively high control voltage from a predetermined initial value in sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
