PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a component cost using a simple circuit structure and to detect a voltage of a battery unit while imbalance of the battery unit due to leakage current is prevented. SOLUTION: The power unit detects a voltage of the battery unit 2 by a voltage detection circuit 3. The voltage detection circuit 3 includes a series resistance circuit 12 where a plurality of series resistors 12A are connected in series, a switching element 6 connecting a plus-side and a minus-side of the battery unit 2 to the series resistors 12A, a control circuit 7 controlling the switching element 6, a detection resistance circuit 13 which is connected in parallel to the series resistance circuit 12 and constitutes a loop circuit of current and a voltage detection part 5 detecting a voltage guided by the detection resistance circuit 13. The power unit switches the switching elements 6 on a plus-side and a minus-side of the battery unit 2 to ON, and supplies a voltage of the battery unit 2 to the series resistors 12A. Voltage guided to the detection resistance circuit 13 is detected by the voltage detection part 5 in such a state, and the voltage of the battery unit 2 is detected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
