<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exciter unit in which a surface of a holding part for mounting to a device is secured largely without generating interference of a conductive member and the holding part is strongly fixed on the device. <P>SOLUTION: The exciter is configured such that a holding part 30 is fixed in one terminal portion of a substrate 10, piezoelectric elements 20 are deposited on both sides of the substrate 10 and a beam 25 constituted of the substrate 10 and the piezoelectric elements 20 is held by the holding part 30 in a cantilever manner. Grooves 33, 34 communicated from a second terminal 12 to the piezoelectric elements 20 are formed on a surface 30a and a backside 30b of the holding part 30, wherein the second terminal 12 is embedded, and the second terminal 12 and the piezoelectric elements 20 are conducted via pins 50 fit into the grooves 33, 34. Through housing while the pins 50 are embedded in the grooves 33, 34, the pins 50 is prevented from being protruded from the surface 30a and the backside 30b of the holding part 30, and an effective areas as a flat mounting surface to a device is secured as large as possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
